Nothing. I look at where your office time goes and hand you a short written list. If something is worth building we can talk then, but the audit itself has no cost or obligation.
Do I need to buy new software?
No. Most of what I find works with tools you likely already pay for, like ChatGPT or Claude. The audit tells you what is possible before you spend a dollar.
Is my company data safe?
Yes. I watch how your office works and take notes. I do not take copies of your files, and nothing leaves your building without your say-so. Export-controlled or defense work stays inside your own systems.
What happens after the audit?
You get your one-page report and can run with it yourself. If you would rather I build the top item, I quote that separately as a fixed-price project. No retainer to start.
